Just Breathe! Pranayama Workshop

Sounds so simple: Just breathe! But how? Join Stacee Johnson for a rejuvenating workshop covering several basic pranayama (breathwork) techniques and learn the tremendous benefits of incorporating them into a yoga practice. We’ll bring it all together with a meditative asana practice that will leave you fully alive with prana, or energy. Pranayama practitioners experience improved vitality, digestion, brain oxygenation, and more!

Patanjali writes in the Yoga Sutras, “When pranayam is mastered, the veil that covers the inner light is removed.” Come explore this theory and learn techniques to enhance your yoga practice.

Refraining from eating for at least 1 hour prior to the workshop is suggested.

Find Your Flow with Sun Salutations

Sun Salutations can be used as a warm up for other activities or as a complete practice. In this workshop, dive into the flow of Sun Salutations and learn how to smoothly and safely move into a more active yoga practice. We’ll build heat and energy as the coordination of breath and movement come together for an exhilarating experience. A flow practice improves strength, flexibility, stamina and focus. As we move through each pose, modifications will be taught to make the movements safe and accessible for all. You will leave feeling confident in your ability to flow through a Sun Salutation sequence with balance, focus, and grace.  Find your flow!
